Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair if goods fail to meet acceptable quality, are not as described, or do not perform as expected.

However, due to the nature of downloadable products such as eBooks, learning modules, and training guides, refunds cannot be provided once these items have been purchased. By completing your purchase, you gain immediate access to proprietary intellectual property, making it non-returnable.

We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before making a purchase. If you experience issues with the product, we are happy to assist in resolving them where possible.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must cease usage immediately.

  1. Services Offered

The website provides the opportunity to:

  • Browse and purchase products, online courses, blogs, and e-products.
  • Book personal consultations through the website.
  1. Payment Terms
  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST-inclusive unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment methods are facilitated through Payment Gateway Providers, and by using the service, you agree to their Terms and Conditions.
  • Once payment is confirmed, a receipt will be issued, and your purchase details may be recorded.

Late Payments:

  • Interest of 5% per annum (calculated daily) applies to overdue payments.
  • Costs incurred for enforcing payment terms will be recoverable by Lullababy SOS.
  1. Cancellation and Rescheduling

General Policy:

  • Cancellation and rescheduling fees vary based on the service booked and the time of notice provided.
  • Links to cancel or reschedule consultations are provided in booking confirmations.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a fee of 50%. Cancellations within 6 hours or no-shows are charged 80% of the consultation fee.

For Monday Appointments:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made by 12 PM AEST on the prior Friday.
  • Weekend cancellations for Monday bookings incur an 80% fee.
  1. Delivery of Online Courses
  • Purchases grant a limited, non-transferrable licence to access course materials for personal use only.
  • Licences are valid for the term specified. Sharing or distributing materials is prohibited.
  1. Warranty

At Lullababy SOS, I am committed to using my expertise and taking all reasonable steps to help your family achieve improved routines and better outcomes. However, due to the unique nature of every family and child, I cannot guarantee specific results or that all clients will achieve the same outcomes.

As part of your 1:1 consultation package, you will receive three weeks of follow-up support via phone and email. This follow-up is designed to help adjust strategies as needed and provide personalized guidance based on your family’s progress.

To ensure we make the most of this support period, it is essential that you:

  • Use the diary template provided to track your child’s routine and progress.
  • Submit your completed diary via email before scheduled check-in calls for review.
  • Book your check-in sessions promptly using the links provided in your post-consultation email.

If no booking times are available, please email me directly with your preferred time, and I will do my best to accommodate your request on the specified day.

While I am committed to providing high-quality support, achieving desired outcomes requires active participation, consistency, and effort from you as the parent or caregiver.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content, products, and services are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the content without prior written consent from Lullababy SOS.

  1. User-Generated Content

If you submit content (e.g., reviews, comments) to the website, you grant Lullababy SOS a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use it for promotional purposes.

Lullababy SOS cannot be held liable for any outcomes, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of our materials, guidance, or interactions.

Our services and products are educational in nature and not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nor are they a substitute for counseling or mental health care. You are encouraged to seek independent professional guidance as needed.

To the extent permitted by law, you release Lullababy SOS from any claims, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, damages, or death, arising from the use of our services or products.
