What Happens When We Choose to Heal
Elaine Harvey is a parenting coach, early childhood educator, infant sleep specialist, and founder of Lullababy SOS. With over two decades of experience and more than 20,000 families supported globally, she offers heart-led, evidence-informed support to help parents raise emotionally secure children without Cry-It-Out methods.
Her work is grounded in personal experience—navigating motherhood with ADHD, healing from childhood trauma and emotional abandonment, and choosing to break generational cycles through conscious parenting. Elaine is passionate about helping other mothers find confidence, clarity, and connection in the early years..
I’m also in the early stages of launching my own podcast, a space for cycle-breaking mothers to hear real stories, expert advice, and feel seen in the mess and magic of motherhood. I’m currently seeking guest speaking opportunities to connect, contribute, and collaborate with those who share a vision for emotionally attuned, heart-led parenting support.
Empowering Mothers to Break Cycles, Build Connection, and Raise Emotionally Secure Children
I’m Elaine Harvey—sleep and parenting specialist, early childhood educator, mother, and founder of Lullababy SOS and Australasian regional director of the International Association of Professional Sleep Consultants. With over 20 years of experience and more than 18,000 families supported worldwide, I’ve built a trusted reputation for helping parents navigate sleep, routines, and developmental transitions without Cry-It-Out methods.
But my story starts well before that.
Raised without the safety and nurture I needed, I knew I wanted to do things differently. Parenting after trauma is not easy. Add ADHD, people-pleasing, emotional burnout, and health issues – and you have a recipe for self-doubt and depletion.
Motherhood became the catalyst for healing decades of trauma and reclaiming my identity. That journey shaped not only who I am as a mother, but who I am as a coach and guide for other parents.
Lullababy SOS was born from this space: a safe, non-judgmental support system for parents who want to nurture their children’s emotional development while staying true to themselves.
If you want a guest who speaks to the reality of parenting, honours emotional complexity, and offers supportive, actionable tools—I’m here for that conversation.
