My daughter, Stevie, has always been a terrible sleeper overnight, however, I have always put off getting a sleep consultant putting it down to teeth, leaps, too hot/cold, noise etc waking her plus I had done so much research, followed other sleep programs and thought I knew everything I needed to know for sleep training and accepted that we just had a little one who didn’t like to sleep! At 18 mo, in the middle of a rough night, I finally decided to book Elaine who had been highly recommended to me.
