Booking an appointment with Elaine was a complete game-changer! It's been around two months since our first appointment, and we still can't believe how much easier our life has become. Our daughter still experiences some sleep issues now and then (teething, etc.), but we know what to do, and it helps tremendously. Now, my husband and I don't argue about who will put our daughter to sleep—it has become effortless. Also, she couldn't sleep on her stomach after we transitioned her from the Snoo to the cot. Elaine's advice changed that in just one day! By the following night, she was sleeping through, waking only once for feeding. Very happy!!!

Elaine is an absolute sleep superstar! 🌟 I have known Elaine just on 13 years now, when my first baby was born. Elaine is so incredibly knowledgeable! Our 18m/o was randomly screaming out throughout the night, not needing anything but was just enough to wake us up (2-6 times). Elaine gave us a super simple schedule to follow that stopped her from getting too overtired and the scream-outs stopped. Elaine is the best decision we ever made! She helped us when our son was 6 months old (giving up the dummy and learning to self-settle) and then again when he was 4 years old (coming into our room 10 times a night). She has a wonderful and positive approach to sleep training. You feel completely supported through the whole process and the best part is - IT WORKS!!! I have been able to apply Elaine's techniques to our younger daughter too meaning that everyone is the house is sleeping through the night.

Working with Elaine has been life changing!!
We started working with Elaine when our little one was 5 months old and the only way we could get her to sleep was feeding to sleep, which some nights would take 2 hours at the beginning of the night and 2 hours overnight. Within a few days of implementing Elaine's methods, our little one learnt to self settle for both her daytime and bedtime naps and only wakes once for a feed overnight. She has gone from only having 40 minute daytime naps (mostly on mum) to consistently having 2 x 2 hour naps in the cot. Elaine gave us the tools, confidence and encouragement to teach our baby how to sleep. Her routine is gentle, yet effective and at no time did I feel like I was abandoning our baby - in fact, I feel she cries less using Elaine's methods than before. Our baby is happier and more alert during her wake time. I could not recommend Elaine enough and will definitely be reaching out to her before we have baby #2.

Our little boy always slept well until he turned two! one hour consult is all we needed and after day/night one, Miller was sleeping through again. today marks one week since our consult and Miller will not only sleep through, but stays in his bed happily chatting to himself until we get him out of his big boy bed.
Elaine really is amazing. She knows the simplest but most effective techniques to get sleep back on track fast. couldn't recommend her enough.

Need that affirmation that you’re doing ok? Need that assurance that you’re doing a good job? Well Elaine was that for me. My son has been a good sleeper but we were just struggling with transitioning from 2 sleeps to 1. Doing the 30 min zoom call routine consult was a great option and would recommend to anyone needing help with this transition. Wake ups are getting better, day sleep is getting longer and bedtime is getting quicker.

Since the 4 month sleep regression my baby was waking anywhere between 4 and 10 times a night. I was absolutely exhausted and constantly just fed her back to sleep just to get myself a little bit more sleep. In the day times she would be very inconsistent and sometimes would go into her cot with no crying and sleep for 2 hours and other times would scream and sleep for 30 minutes. After 2 days of following Elaine’s routine, Myla has been doing all of her day naps with pretty much no crying at all, self soothes 99% of the time and has been only waking once for a night feed. She was already a happy baby on no sleep but now she’s even happier. My friend’s said I should have done this sooner and I definitely should have.

My daughter, Stevie, has always been a terrible sleeper overnight, however, I have always put off getting a sleep consultant putting it down to teeth, leaps, too hot/cold, noise etc waking her plus I had done so much research, followed other sleep programs and thought I knew everything I needed to know for sleep training and accepted that we just had a little one who didn’t like to sleep! At 18 mo, in the middle of a rough night, I finally decided to book Elaine who had been highly recommended to me. Although Stevie’s sleep had improved and she would sleep through some nights, when she did happen to wake, it would take 2 hours sometimes of lying on the floor holding her hand through the cot back to sleep, sometimes multiple times a night. In addition to this, we would always have to hold her hand for 20-40 mins to get her to sleep at the start of the night, every night.
After only 3 nights of following Elaine’s recommendations, we were able to put Stevie in the cot and walk out for her to settle herself to sleep. Bar one night which was a quick resettle, Stevie has slept right through the night every night since!! That was 5 weeks ago!!!! I am blown away to be honest….. that’s all I can say. Best investment we made for our family and cannot recommend Elaine more highly. Don’t put it off and book Elaine in!!

I haven’t needed to contact you since our first meeting because your methods are so unbelievably flawless that our baby started sleeping through the night nearly straight away!! I couldn’t recommend you enough! I will tell every sleep deprived mother I ever meet about you. I honestly believe you should charge more for your services.
We had to rock our 10 month old baby asleep in our arms for her to go to sleep and she was not having consistent naps in the day. She was waking multiple times through the night and staying awake for hours during the night and then waking up for the day at 4 am. My partner and I were struggling terribly with sleep deprivation I didn’t know how we could possibly keep living this way. We were a mess! We hadn’t had a full nights sleep in 10 months and the wake ups were getting worse! I found you on google after a terrible night, desperate to try anything.
Literally after following your routine for 24 hours our daughter started sleeping through the whole night! 6:45pm - 6am every night since!! She even puts herself back to sleep on her random wake ups without crying out for us she is so calm and happy being in her cott she knows it’s a safe place. We can literally put her in the cott and walk away. I never thought I’d see the day.

I was really struggling with my six month old baby’s sleep, both during the day and night. He went from being a great sleeper as a newborn to a baby that had to be held for every daytime nap and he started to wake up many times throughout the night. I was physically and mentally exhausted, as was my little baby. Neither of us were getting enough good quality sleep. I was desperate for help but I was afraid of being taken advantage of by an unqualified “sleep coach”. That’s when a family friend of mine who had received help from Elaine eight years ago recommended Lullaby SOS to me. Elaine did an overnight stay with me and my baby and taught me some simple but seriously effective techniques to help my little one sleep on his own in his own. I am not comfortable with the “cry it out” method, so Elaine’s gentle approach, which was very supportive of my baby, suited us perfectly. I can’t recommend Elaine highly enough. She has EXTENSIVE experience with thousands of different babies. She tailored a routine and settling approach to specifically meet the needs of me and my baby. I felt so supported during the overnight stay and during the following three weeks.
