Gentle Baby Sleep Support That Works for Real Families

Meet Elaine Harvey: Your Baby Sleep Consultant
People often ask me why I do what I do?
The truth is, it started long before I became a mother. Long before I called myself a sleep consultant. It started with a quiet, powerful decision I made as a young woman:
I was going to be the mother I never had.
I didn’t grow up in a nurturing, connected home. My relationship with my own mother was… complicated, to say the least. And as early as I can remember, I knew I wanted to rewrite that story. I wanted to create something different—something softer, safer, and deeply loving.
So I began learning. Watching. Caring.
I worked with babies as a nanny, then as a maternity nurse—sometimes around the clock, six days a week—supporting families through the raw, beautiful, exhausting early months. And every time I held a baby close, or helped a mother exhale, I felt it:
This. This is what I was meant to do.
From Personal Healing to Professional Support

What started as a calling turned into a career. I created Lullababy SOS to be more than a sleep service—it’s a space where exhausted parents feel seen, supported, and held.
Because I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and unsure.
I know what it’s like to carry the weight of wanting to do better.
And I know what it takes to build something different, from scratch, with love.
So when you work with me, I don’t just give you a plan.
I offer you what I once needed: understanding, strategy, and hope.
A Holistic, Attachment-Based Approach That Actually Works

At Lullababy SOS, we don’t “fix” babies. We support families.
Yes, we’ll talk about naps and wake windows. But we’ll also talk about what’s going on in you—your fears, your questions, your strengths. Because when a parent feels supported, a baby feels safe. And that’s where real change begins.
We build your baby’s sleep on five pillars:
- Routine – rhythm, not rigidity
- Transitions – supporting shifts through the day and night
- Nutrition – fuel that supports sleep and growth
- Connection – the heartbeat of your parenting
- Support, not Rescue – Supporting your child’s natural learning and emotion through change, not controlling or replacing one negative sleep association with another. This is at the heart of true co-regulation
- Sleep – the beautiful outcome of everything working in sync.
This isn’t Cry-It-Out. This is Come-As-You-Are. Understanding the WHY behind the HOW is what truly helps you guide your child and feel more confident in your parenting journey.
And together, we create something sustainable.
If It Feels Like You’re Carrying the World—You’re Not Alone

Babies are born needing our help to sleep. But if they’re always rocked, fed, or bounced to sleep, they expect those same conditions when they wake. It’s like you falling asleep in bed and waking up on the lawn. Confusing, disorienting, and definitely not restful.
That’s why we gently guide babies to fall asleep where they’ll stay asleep, with gradual, loving change and support through the process, never leaving them to cry alone.
And when the tears come (because change is hard), I’ll help you understand what’s underneath them. There may be confusion, frustration and tiredness, but through this process, you will hold space for your child’s emotions through the changes, not leave them to feel alone, stressed, and abandoned. You’ll support your baby in a way that teaches them:
“You’re safe. I’m here. You can do this.”
